Berlin Well offers a mix of Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Life Coaching, Breathwork, mobility/stretch sessions, workshops, and nervous system-friendly movement. Think less “bootcamp”, more “your body and brain finally having a proper conversation.” 🌿
Sessions are mainly held in English, but Polish is also available.
No. Coaching is different from therapy. Coaching focuses more on awareness, goals, patterns, emotional intelligence, and creating movement forward in life. If needed, I may encourage additional therapeutic support alongside coaching.
Yes. Fully. ALL humans are welcome. Labels are optional. I am expecting that friendliness flowing both ways.
Absolutely not. You do not need to touch your toes, own matching activewear, or know what your “core” is supposed to be doing. Sessions are adapted to different bodies, energy levels, and experience. Please check the class descriptions or just book the individual class.
That depends on you. Sessions can include conversation, reflection, emotional intelligence tools, nervous system regulation, breath awareness, grounding exercises, or practical action steps. Some sessions are deep. Some are light. Some are just presence…
Breathwork is the conscious use of breathing techniques to support regulation, awareness, energy, emotional release, focus, or relaxation. Different sessions have different intentions. Sometimes calming, sometimes energising, sometimes surprisingly emotional.
Breathwork can be powerful, so certain techniques may not be suitable for everyone. If you have health concerns, injuries, are pregnant, or have medical conditions, we can discuss modifications or alternative approaches beforehand.
Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. For some workshops, you may also want a notebook, warm socks, or simply your curious little nervous system.
Yes. Beginners are very welcome. No experience needed in coaching, movement, meditation, stretching, or breathwork.
